What is the fastest way to follow up on an order?
Your order status updates in "My orders". If you need an answer, open a ticket from the support section of your account and include the order number, or call +98 21 2222 9393.
Where does a contact form message go?
To the Talavest support team. We reply to the email or phone number you entered. For anything about your account or an order, a ticket inside your account works better because your identity is already verified.
Someone claiming to be from Talavest asked for my one-time password. What should I do?
Do not give them the code. Talavest never asks for one-time passwords, card PINs or account passwords. Report it to support.
