Terms and Conditions

1. The parties

"Talavest" means Azarbay Altin Co. (P.J.S.), registration no. 651313, of Unit 2, 10th Floor, No. 28, Shahnazari St., Madar Sq., Mirdamad St., Tehran. "User" means anyone who has an account in the shop or places an order.

2. Account and identity verification

• To buy, you must be at least 18 years old, and your identity must be verified using your Iranian national ID number (kod-e melli) against the records of Iran's National Organization for Civil Registration.
• Each person may open an account only with their own mobile number and national ID number, and is responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter.
• Never share your one-time (SMS) password with anyone, including someone claiming to be a Talavest employee. The account holder is responsible for any action confirmed with a code sent to their number.
• Talavest may restrict an account that contains false information or shows signs of fraud or money laundering until the matter is resolved.

3. Prices

• Prices are live and are calculated from the day's metal rate, the bar's weight and its minting fee (details in Pricing and fees).
• No price is locked before payment. A pro forma invoice is not final, and the final amount is calculated at the moment you confirm payment. If that amount differs from what you saw, the payment does not go through and you are asked to confirm the new amount.
• The price on the final invoice does not change after payment.
• If an obvious system error causes a wrong price to be shown and paid, Talavest will refund the full amount to your wallet or, with your agreement, complete the order at the correct price.

4. Payment and wallet

• Purchases are paid from your Talavest wallet balance. You can top up the wallet through the bank payment gateway, by a Paya/Satna transfer (Iranian interbank transfers) with your payment ID, or by card-to-card transfer with an uploaded receipt.
• All payments must come from a card or bank account in the user's own name. Payments from other people's accounts, cheques and cash are not accepted and are returned to the source as set out in our refund rules.
• Wallet withdrawals are paid only to a bank account in the user's own name. To prevent money laundering, money deposited but not used for a purchase can be withdrawn after review and in line with banking rules.
• Every payment is confirmed with a one-time password sent by text message to your mobile number.

5. Orders and ownership

• An order becomes final after successful payment, and an official invoice is issued with the details and codes of each bar.
• Each user may have no more than 20 unpaid orders at the same time.
• Delivery depends on branch stock. If the item in a paid order cannot be supplied, its full price is returned to your wallet.

6. Delivery

7. Cancellation, returns and buy-back

Unpaid orders can be cancelled. Paid orders cannot. Remedies for mismatched or damaged items and selling bars back to Talavest follow Returns and refunds.

8. Market risk

The price of gold and silver can fall. Information and guides on this site are for education only and are not investment advice or a promise of profit. Decisions to buy or sell are the user's own.

9. Privacy

How we collect and keep your information is explained in Privacy and data protection.

10. Acceptable use

Using automated tools to place bulk orders, trying to get around limits, accessing other people's accounts or disrupting the system is prohibited and may lead to account suspension and legal action. Copying site content without written permission is not allowed.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. If a dispute arises, first raise it with support (ticket, phone +98 21 2222 9393 or email info@talavest.com) so it can be reviewed. If it is not resolved, it will be handled by the competent legal authorities and the relevant trade guild.

12. Changes to these terms

Talavest may update these terms. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was paid.
